Pride season is heating up in Austin, and we’re celebrating in style! We’ve got a week of events that spotlight local art, community, and LGBTQ+ joy. Whether you’re looking to connect with creatives, dance the night away, or catch the Pride Parade in comfort, the Austin LGBT Chamber has you covered.
We are so excited to partner with Avita Pharmacy and HRC of Austin for a Pride Parade Watch Party at Speakeasy! The Austin LGBT Chamber will also be live-streaming the parade on our socials.

- Aug 17 – aGLIFF Pool Party at Hotel Indigo – Pride is better poolside! DJ Kimmy K, Skyline views, specialty cocktails, and the famous Haute Dog Buffet – all while supporting Austin’s Queer Film Festival.
- Aug 16 – Deadlift & Drag – Join us for Deadlift & Drag, a fierce and fabulous mashup of powerlifting and performance. Whether you’re here to lift, cheer, or just vibe with the community, you won’t want to miss this iconic celebration of strength, queerness, and unapologetic joy.
- Aug 20 – Family Building Meet and Greet with CCRM Fertility – Whether you’re just starting to explore your options or looking for support on your journey, this event is for LGBTQ+ families and individuals and anyone curious about building a family with care and community. 🌈
- Aug 21 – Austin Arts Mixer – Join us for the 5th Annual Austin Arts Mixer, a free community event celebrating Austin’s vibrant arts and culture scene.

- Aug 23 – Pride & Joy: An LGBTQ+ Art Celebration – Come celebrate queer family, creativity, and community with us during Austin Pride weekend! Under the artistic leadership of Wanda Montemayor, LPC-S, ATCS, ATR-BC, RPT-S (she/her) and Zachary Van Den Berg, LPC, ATR-BC (he/they), and Community leader Ashley Schor this all-ages art event invites participants to create, connect, and play in a vibrant, welcoming space.

- Aug 26 – The Elevated Bear Presents: Coming Out of the Liquor Cabinet – “Coming Out of the Liquor Cabinet” is more than a mocktail class — it’s a brave, affirming, and elevated workshop where we explore how alcohol intersects with identity, mental health, and community.
- Aug 26 – Austin Pride Toastmasters Bi-Monthly Meeting
- Aug 28 – Being Series: LGBTQ+ Influence on Media Trends – Join us for our Being Series: LGBTIQ+ Influence on Media Trends and PR — a live panel and networking event that spotlights bold LGBTQIA+ voices in media, marketing, PR, and storytelling. Panelists include Colton Ashabranner, Jacki Horne, and Nico Ramsey.
