All Austin LGBT Chamber of Commerce members agree to uphold the following Membership Standards & Code of Ethics.
We, as members of Austin LGBT Chamber of Commerce, recognize that membership is a privilege, and we strive to recognize, promote, and improve LGBTQ+ and allied business and the LGBTQ+ and allied business community and to that end, agree to be honor-bound by these Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics:
Be it known that, the failure to adhere to the professional and personal obligations of the Austin LGBT Chamber of Commerce, as outlined above, and defined in the Chamber Bylaws, can result in the termination of membership.

The Austin LGBT Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to approve, edit, decline, or remove any member content submissions (event listings, job postings, core partner blog postings, member discounts, etc.) at our sole discretion. All submitted content must align with the Chamber’s mission to support the economic vitality, equity, and professional advancement of LGBTQ+ and allied businesses.
Events that include political campaigning, religious proselytizing, or content not aligned with the Chamber’s values of inclusivity, nonpartisanship, and business advocacy may be rejected. This includes—but is not limited to—events that promote or are sponsored by religious organizations where the primary purpose is religious in nature rather than business-related or community-serving.
As a nonreligious, nonprofit business association, the Chamber maintains a position of religious neutrality and does not permit use of its platforms for the advancement of religious agendas, regardless of denomination or belief system.
